Battery Repair & 2nd Life Centre
AMTEL operates facilities dedicated to the servicing and repair of EV batteries for OEM customers. Additionally, we give batteries a second life by repurposing those that have reached the end of their automotive use but remain suitable for other applications.
- Stage 1: Battery Repair Centre
Utilise specialised high-voltage EV diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and analyse battery conditions, and provide repair, replacement, and maintenance services to ensure the battery operates safely, reliably, and in compliance with manufacturer and industry standards. - Stage 2: Refurbishment, Repurposing, and Recycling
Refurbishment: Disassembling battery packs, reconditioning cells, and repacking them as ‘refurbished’ units.
Repurposing: Combining energy packs in good condition for use in stationary applications.
Recycling: Extracting valuable metals like lithium, cobalt, and nickel from the batteries for reuse.
